COVID-19 Statement

Dear SIP Members, Customers and Business Associates:

In an effort to limit the exposure of the COVID-19 virus and to comply with Governor
Eric Holcomb’s executive order as well as the revised CDC recommendations regarding
the pandemic, Southern Indiana Power will be closing our lobby to the public until further
notice beginning at the end of the business day March 16, 2020. By doing so, we are
attempting to safeguard our employees and members while continuing to provide the
same reliable power and service that you’ve grown accustomed to over the years.
Our employees will continue their work as usual because the last thing members need to
worry about during this pandemic is the reliability of your electric service.

We will continue to monitor the situation with both state and national agencies to determine
how to best serve you. Our office hours will remain the same 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday; however, member contacts will be by phone and mail only.

If you need to make a payment or need to contact us for any reason, there are several ways
to do so:

1) Billing or general office questions – (800) 323-2316
2) Options to pay your bill:
a. SmartHub – you can sign-up through our website, www.sinpwr.com
b. Call our automated payment line – (844) 827-4763
c. Mail or night deposit box

If you have questions or concerns about your service, paying your bill or the recent precautions please do not hesitate to contact us.
